Why do I randomly get these sometimes?

I never said I'm gonna hurt myself or I'm having a crisis. I'm fine. Who reported what? I'm far from angry. Just confused.

But on a serious note, people suck. I think you tell the admins to let them know it's wrong. I think they could make the person get banned or they get a warning for falsely reporting you
