The ongoing saga of ‘bobble’s kitchen floor repair

Five months since the insurance assessment on the repair of my kitchen floor.

Got home to find my Mother sat on the kitchen floor having tripped on loose tiling.

Mad as hell, called the insurance company and told them they’d be liable for injuries caused if they didn’t get this sorted quickly.

Random insurance company minion called back full of apologies and said she was on the case.
An hour later she calls back and says still no specialist builders available in the area.
So I’ve said they need to consider moving us out before the next accident renders them liable damage caused
