Besides im 25 im too old for college. College is for 18 -21 year olds unless you are getting a masters or higher. Cant afford it anyway

@Spoiledbrat Our current system in the US gives far too much power to the government already. Look at the damage the shutdowns did to our economy, thanks to government overreach. Fascism and Socialism are one on the same.

@Spoiledbrat Are you aware a multinational corporation called BlackRock supports the rent moratorium? They can cover their losses with low interest loans, but small landlords can't, which will force them to sell at a loss. Blackrock will buy those distressed properties.
Rent control results in decreases in the quality of property. A landlord won't put money into a property he can't make money from. It might also distress the owner, forcing him to sell at a loss.
What about eliminating government? In my city of Portland, the permitting process for a mere single family home is $70,000. Poor people don't have an extra $70k to pay socialists before they even have a dime into a house.
