If you're going to quit better do it politely. But be firm on your decision otherwise the next time you'll find yourself in the same situation if somebody else convince you again.

@Warewolfgal94 I see well you're right. If the work environment is not good you better get out fast. Those people who don't treat you with respect doesn't deserve you. You're better off doing what you feel like and is right for you👍
