The Oxford English Dictionary defines Free will as
The power of acting without the constraint of necessity or fate. The ability to act at one’s own discretion.
Must be a million and one examples of how most folk have expectations of behaviour and being set either by culture or family or religion.

Could it be said they have ‘Free will’ ?
