if its been six hours or more, especially if combined with diarrhea , you need to go to the ER. They will give you an IV with zofran that will stop your vomiting almost immediately and probably a little morphene . The IV will also alleviate your dehydration and you will get a nice 2-3 hour nap. You have a nasty bug
