Nothing hurts more than suffering based on decisions you never would have made because of people you are attached to also not by choice

Never let yourself be held hostage for the whims of others.

I know we all do when we’re younger and what we perceive as ‘friendships’ feel important (even if we eventually figure out they’re flaky)

But never put up with it from an adult.
They’re supposed to know better !
