Calling someone the hired help is bad according to some people even if you got them from an agency called get the help

Apparently I am evil because I called someone the hired help even though I was told that’s what they are .

So maybe I shouldn’t call someone a house keeper or a farmer too because I’m sure that too has negative connotations
