It is illegal. The south is full of hate STILL when it comes to people of color. I went to segregated schools and it was horrible. It wasn't that long ago either...in the 60's. I knew Trump would win in those backwards states. 😟

@Sweetpea That is why I get concerned.
The US has taken the Civil Rights legislation for granted but many hold backwards beliefs that would become legal if the amendments were subverted if this was taken at a state level. Could you imaging the Confederate flag flying back at the statehouse of South Carolina?
