Any community that openly barrs people on skin color is definitely illegal.

That being said it's easy to get ar that, buy having requirements from homeowners association, having to past interviews etc.

Anyone stupid enough to be openly racist like that is asking to get bankrupted. 馃檭

I doubt that would change but wouldn't be surprised if it did

It seems likely that racism could be reconsidered at the state level.
