I was doing so good...

Couple nights ago had a very horrid panic attack. Im hesitant on stopping trazadone because after taking it i had that panic attack.

I've been mostly drinking water and yesterday felt heavy fhested. Figured it was from the second vaccine shot.

Was feeling meh this morning but this evening felt better.

Got cozy in bed and had a mini heart palpitation.

I wish anxiety never existed.
