I'd Pay Big Money for someone to train my cats to do that, even if they never flush!

It's not that hard to train a cat to use the toilet. It takes about 6 weeks to 2 months for most cats. But you need to leave the bathroom door open all the time or put a cat door in the bathroom door. It's easier if you can leave a baby toilet seat down on top of the regular seat, at least at first. You can buy kits with materials and instructions on the Internet. Some cats learn it fast, some take longer and a few resist it entirely. Siamese and Burmese cats seem to take to it best
