How do you get more of a personality?

Talk to people. Try to make friends. Try to find people who have similar interests and hobbies.

meh this place couldn't handle more of me, or really any place.

depends on what you mean by personality. you mean more out going, just go out and be more talkative. or maybe try new things or read a lot so you gain more knowledge about everything. maybe u mean humor, try to goof around more and easy going.

Always step out of your comfort zone to experience new things.
