What's one item you didn't realize was expensive until you became an adult?

@bijouxbroussard In my country..as soon as you're born you know it costs an arm and a leg to afford good healthcare 😩

@Alifeinterrupted I took it for granted as a child because my parents took me to doctors regularly. I remember one doctor making house calls. Definitely different times.
