Experienceproject zip file

When I opened up SW last night, some instructions on how to retrieve old EP information came up. I think I have the file okay, but I don't seem to be able to open it with a zip file reader.
Can anyone help?

I imported my EP file but I can't see it anywhere - the message was that I would be informed when it was ready for access.

I've got mine, but reading the text on an iPhone is difficult as it seems that it can't be magnified, any hints would be welcome 😃😃
