Why do you think some of these middle East countries like Quatar, Kuwait, UAE etc have very less crime statistics?

And it's not coz they go underreported. Even stealing is excessively low. HDI is very very high. I think it's coz of their laws, severe punishment.

Combination of that and they have been brought up to respect.

We went to Dubai a few years back, bought gold, I accidently left it on a bench near the swimming pool - came back 3 hours later, still there.

Good parenting combined with decent morals and standards do indeed pave a way.

I asked one of the hotel guys what is it really like for crime, he said its 0% when we went. It is full of laws, but my gosh that place was tidy, the cleanest places ive been, the streets, the people, the beaches. @littlepuppywantanewlife
