Why do you think some of these middle East countries like Quatar, Kuwait, UAE etc have very less crime statistics?

And it's not coz they go underreported. Even stealing is excessively low. HDI is very very high. I think it's coz of their laws, severe punishment.

@Beatbox34 in any country breaking the law leads to punishment. Every country has it own laws and must be followed.
Islam doesn’t prohibit women from driving but Saudi because of “culture” didn’t allow it and then realized their mistake and allowed it.
Women driving is allowed in Saudi Arabia for years now.
