Why do you think some of these middle East countries like Quatar, Kuwait, UAE etc have very less crime statistics?

And it's not coz they go underreported. Even stealing is excessively low. HDI is very very high. I think it's coz of their laws, severe punishment.

Countries like uae ,Kuwait ,Saudi Arabia ,Qatar
In the gulf in general actually do have low crime rate
Especially United Arab Emirates
In dubai You can leave your home door open with no fear
And as a woman walk at midnight like it’s day

@Moon3624 I noticed that on the you tube vids I saw about everyday life there. Don't roll a joint in public either.

But in Pakistan and India, women/kids get abused/neglected in shocking ways and often no justice thereafter.

In countries the USA has whacked out militarily in recent times, there are shocking (and totally understandable) levels of self hatred and personal despair. Then the housecat might get neglected. See what I mean? And family members might hurt one another and make excuses for themselves...

Look deeper. Compassion required most in places where it seems least necessary.

China is rising and proud of itself. Might swallow the USA soon
And they beat their stray dogs to death and then people eat them in restaurants
