Why do you think some of these middle East countries like Quatar, Kuwait, UAE etc have very less crime statistics?

And it's not coz they go underreported. Even stealing is excessively low. HDI is very very high. I think it's coz of their laws, severe punishment.

@SW-User When I lived in Bahrain we used to see Friday amputations on Saudi TV.

@SW-User It's rare in Saudi. They chop heads on a regular basis, but body parts no. The chopping stuff is usually for foreigners, as well. (Big turnouts to watch the beheadings, too. Entertainment in KSA.)
