Questions again! :) Deleting other people's comments

Is it accurate to think people are able to delete other people's comments here?
If so, at any time or only on their own posts and why? :)

Like people said, you can delete on your own post or account. Usually people delete negative comments.. Anything from offensive to just not liking. It's up to you, it's your account.
