what does it mean when you don't like it when people act happy, look happy

that really makes me angry sometimes, especially if i am having a tense/frustrating day...then i see people online, on tv, in public happy, grinning and laughing or carefree looking - it really makes me angry, and i clenched my teeth, because i want them to feel how i feel, so i can feel better..

i do have a personality disorder, could this have anything to do with my personality disorder? and how can i fight my mindset? and think differently?

First I'd try to consider the source. TV and online isn't "real" life. And if people are happy in public maybe it's they're happy people.

Want to feel shitty? Tell yourself things are shitty. Want to feel good? Tell yourself things are good. Even if it's a "lie." I'm pretty committed to the idea, which is supported by scientific evidence, that spending time in nature can instantly change a mood. Just something to think about.
