I don't think it is appropriate, regardless of gender or orientation, to flirt with one's doctor in a professional setting.

I find this creepy.

My dermatologist is a woman who I find very attractive, but I keep that to myself.

Given that doctors may be subject to serious professional sanctions for inappropriate contact with patients, it's much more respectful and friendly to act, well, respectful and friendly.
