Do you have friendly neighbors where you live?

My neighbors have come and gone over the 14 years that I've lived in the area. My next door neighbors directly to the west of me are pretty introverted and prefer not to be bothered, but besides that I would say that most my current ones are pretty friendly.

I don't think so.
My neighborhood has a care home, the residents take daily walks.
My neighbor said I had spoken with one of them, and that this person asked for me near her house! The police came. They wanted to know-. Had I spoken with sick people on their walk? If yes, I needed to know that it's not okay. So, could I just find another place to live, please?
I think friends don't call the cops like this.
