God i hate it here my neighbors are hillbillies

They always let their dog purposely use our front lawn as a toilet. They legit walked their dog stopped in front of our house and their dog urinated on our trash can. Wow

They also have a Confederate flag on their truck and their house and they always stare at us and hide in their garage whenever anyone but my dad is outside

A Confederate flag does not signify hillbillies. The very word "hillbilly" is a slur in itself. "Hill people" is more polite.

Can't do anything about the dog. Male dogs lift their legs by instinct to mark where they have been(my brother has a male dog which does this). If your neighbors are using your lawn as a bathroom, that's another story. Most places , this is against the law. Check your local area and find out what you can do to get them to stop.

Ignore the staring unless you are threatened bodily harm. Then get the law involved.
