This is a sad question

If parents have a child who died,how do you wish them a happy mother fathers day or is it best to just leave it be and not say anything.

I lost my only child many years ago. People who know me very well have sent white flowers on Mother’s Day. I appreciate it, but I don’t need a reminder; I’ll never forget him. 😞
