Why do some TV ads show stuffs which is impossible in real life?

Like doing stunts which a normal human can't, some ads show that the actor or actress gets instant energy after drinking glucose drinks, shows that if the person eats chips everything around gets destroyed etc. When I was a child, I used to believe those ads.

Lol the walking in the beach really happy after having a product was too much 😂 or driving cars fast on open roads when in cities nothing but traffic. I did watch aloooot of movies and it warped my brain especially romantic movies. Life doesnt work like that.
