Yeah, it’s been proven to me time and time again that many people only want to hear the fabrications that coincide with what delivers the least amount of waves against the idea of who they are and what’s been done. They want the least amount of waves possible usually because they tend to cause massive waves by themselves, waves caused by ineffective ways of processing life or even being a decent person. But if I get approached with a question or a plea for advice, I’ll still be the person who tells them the truth they don’t want to hear. They may not want to hear it, but it needs to be heard regardless otherwise another lie just feeds the nothingness they’ve become a little too comfortable existing in. The truth will be delivered with kindness or assertiveness, whichever fits the situation, and then I’ll go about my journey. I don’t sideline myself looking back because I know I’ve done all I can do. Just have to trust that one day the truth will embraced enough for them to break the cycle and free themselves of the web they’ve created.

But sometimes the truth isn’t a problem. It really depends on the context.
