He punched the wall because I won't go down the shop at this time

Its every week. He wants me to go down the shop for tobacco, I usually don't mind but not at this time. Its 15:30 and it peak hours, school kids be coming out, road be busy to cross, shop be full of kids and parents. Too many people causes my anxiety to shoot up and I vomit uncontrollable to the point I will blackout
