Use hormones as little as possible... At least read up on risks.

Hey. I've had bad effects from three different pills and the mirena coil. Synthetic hormones can upset your system. How long have you been taking it? I would seriously recommend reading a book called How the Pill Changes Everything by Sarah E Hill.
