What makes you very angry? Can you control your anger?

Rude people make me angry. Most of the time I can't control it and can get aggressive too depending upon my anger level.

[b]When adults insult my intelligence/knowledge of certain things just because I'm young and they think I don't know much. Age discrimination by the way. 🥺 Controlling anger when that happens becomes difficult because, at the moment, I want to punch a wall but at the same time I want to exchange some words back but want to be respectful of my elders at the same time.[/b]

@NoobGains I understand your feelings very well. By the way, I as talk to young people as to adults, and talking to young people is more satisfying very often; too many adults believe that they know everything, young people are more open-minded.
