Neighbor is target shooting in his yard again.
Last year, the other neighbor, a rodeo cowboy, came home to find one of his horses shot dead. Can't prove anything.

@FlowersNButterflies Owning guns and target shooting doesn't equate with careless and reckless behavior. I do a bit of that myself but never without a backstop and never without being aware of what (or who!!!) might be down range.
