Whenever I hear people talking about spin class (usually on TV) I picture them actually spinning on ribbons and things...not bicycles hahahaha can anyone relate?
Lol not for me. I always knew they were talking about the wheels of the bike when they say "spin class", meaning they want you to keep spinning the wheels. I don't think they can call it cycling because there's already a cycling activity and that's what you do when you bike long distance on a bike! 🙂
