Is my version of eating "Light" similar to yours? I have got so used to eating the heartiest of meals, almost anything would be light to me

My lighter versions of food would be stuff like.. Any fruits or veggies, ceral, toast and jelly, healthy sandwich with healthier chips like sun chips, Graham crackers, soup
