Isn't it unfair? What do you feel about it?

Near my home, someone is playing Punjabi songs loudly yet no one is saying anything to them but when I play the rock and metal songs in my home theater speakers or bluetooth speakers then my neighbors complain. Some people near my house daily plays Punjabi songs loudly too. I remember back in 2018 I used to play some Linkin Park songs mostly their Hybrid Theory and Meteora songs loudly in my big speakers in home after my mom used to go out and my neighbors literally scolded me and even complained to my mom. Is it because those songs are too heavy and loud compared to Punjabi songs?
