Anyone know anything to help with a swollen knee?

@Incognitochick sounds like it could be inflammation. Maybe some hot wax therapy is in order?

@Incognitochick I can tell you I was in a pretty severe auto accident in my twenties where my knee pounded the column underneath the dashboard. There was lots of inflammation (redness) which indicated fluid inside, and the therapy sessions included this hot wax treatment that felt ohhh so good! Little by little the pain went away completely. The only thing they didn’t do was shave my legs. 🤭🤭
