I don't know what to do.

I didn't sleep well last night at all. I woke up early. My eyes are heavy and try as I might I can't seem to get back to sleep.

Take a benadryl and it has a major side effect of drowsiness. Its pretty tame. People even give it to kids for long trips to cause sleepiness.
