Is $19,000 enough for someone to get a car?

Well like get their own ride. I mean you can even get a used car so what’s holding up? Someone said that she should save more money and 19,000 from one year is not enough. But she has other bills to pay and I have to pay off for school which is understandable. Just find a cheap, used car and find a cheep car insurance, DUH! That’s no excuse.
