I saw this hoarding show where a man bought a nice home in an affluent neighborhood, apparently they didn’t have HOA and he had hoarded so much it was overflowing into the front yard. He had been a vice-president of a university previously. The neighbors were fed up and someone turned him in, they did an inspection of his house and it was found unfit to live in until he cleaned out his hoard & got his heat and a/c and some other things repaired. He had enough African artwork to fill an art museum and looked like even after the clean up he could have parted with 90% of that art to make the home look uncluttered, every wall, shelf etc was filled with it.
