It's not a dessert per se, but I do miss it. Crepes and homemade waffles. WITH gluten, which I can't eat!

If you want a dessert, here's one: Trifle.
I used to bake a killer trifle, replete with fresh berries, whipped crème and stone fruit liquor.
Yeah, that was expensive and incredibly delicious

@Londonn I know. But that's a very long process and even grains are not healthy, ditto for sugar .

So , as I said. Memories lol.... I am cool with that. I can eat fresh berries and that I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE!!! <3

@Londonn I would go for the whipped crème with custard. I do it complicated, but that's the recipe and it's in my head :D
