Everybody feels like that some days. Not saying everyone's struggles are the same, but I've learned that the key to stopping that downward spiral feeling is to focus on what you do have and what you can do.
I drag my ass out of bed and into a wheelchair each morning, look at balding head and hairy man titties and say "at least im not quadriplegic"馃槀 and its not much but I donate my change to charity when the cashier asks, I give a smile to people I catch eyes with on the sidewalk, just little stuff that reminds me im a decent person who's worth at least a little something. It works for me.
Grab a snack, watch some comedy clips on youtube or wherever, and try to be a good person despite the stuff you're going through. Everything be alright馃槈
