How can someone think moving to another country would solve all his or her problems?

It depends on the kind of problems the person has.

if you aren't happy because of certain circumstances then a fresh start can be a good thing...especially if you're moving to be close to someone you care about.

Depends what the problems are. I think it's good to live in another country at some point in your life.
