@Sunnykel76 when I was an athlete I used tincture of Arinca on bruises and swelling . It鈥檚 a topical , really helped .

@TexChik steel toe is good but if something really heavy falls on it especially from a distance you could be bad. But in most cases they are fine.

@Driver2 well of course ... but most foot injuries are due to dropping something heavy on a toe ... or a horse stepping on your foot . Steel toes have been protecting me for years
