Oh... but she doesn't know about any of that... she didn't even know who Prince Harry was, if you believe all the nonsense that she told Oprah... 🤷♀️

@HootyTheNightOwl Of course she didn't know who he was, a pig told me that as it flew over my house.
Funny how a lifelong friend of hers told how she was besotted with our Royalty and her ambition was to be a Princess.
Her dream came crashing down as soon as she realised it wasn't all horse drawn carriages and waving from the balcony.

@BeerMonster I don't even know what she must have thought that it was...
Maybe they don't even look at British history in America or she was living under a rock for the entire of the divorce scandal between Fergie and Andy and Charles and Diana - surely, at least some of those stories had to have made it across the pond and onto front pages... I was just a child and I still remember some of the headlines to this day - including the one that you featured.

@HootyTheNightOwl Americans are obsessed with our Royal family, they know more about its history than we do, because they care about it more. I'd say she knew very well who she was making a beeline for and had it all planned out.
Actress? They must have low standards over there if she's a successful one.

@BeerMonster Course she's an actress... she played her part well enough to trick him that she was going to settle here with him for long enough to get him down the aisle, then got out of Dodge before she had to lose her citizenship.
Still, it's going to be interesting to see what he's going to do next because he's going to have to apply for citizenship sooner or later - then he will lose his titles, too...

@HootyTheNightOwl He's not the brightest bulb in the box though, most average peasants worked out what would happen within hours of their relationship becoming public knowledge, without even knowing who she was or what her job was.
He deserves all that's coming to him, for being a spineless doormat and an idiot.

@BeerMonster In one way, I do feel sorry for him because he seems broken since he married her... but his castle walls were too steep for her to climb and her streets are too rough for him to walk.
