I get up each day at 5 am. Does that make me a night owl (because technically its night) or a morning person?

@FeetAreFantastic Best time of the day is between 3am and 7am. I like being the early bird and getting things done during quiet times and taking a nap while everyone is getting up.

@REMsleep I get to bed either after midnight or after 3am, so just a few hours sleep is a bit tough on me.....glad you enjoy those quiet times....and, yes, I do get a power nap in the afternoon...
