@TJNewton Basically, you make mashed potatoes with cheese. Roll out some dough and cut circles. Put a spoonful of the potato mix on each circle, fold in half, and pinch the edges to seal.
Boil (optionally quick pan fry after) and usually serve tossed with onion fried in butter. Top with sour cream.
