@Piper I just went to look at your link. I cannot believe how many people are either banned or just deactivated their account.

I didn't last on there very long. It was a very hostile place because of management imho.

@Peapod Did the link take you to my old post there?

It sure became a place that I and many others, pretty much gave up on.

@Piper Yes it did. I will have to go back and actually read some of the comments.

I do remember how dysfunctional the place was. It's refreshing to come here where it's not just a small bunch of ex-SodaHeads. Amirite really allowed the worst of the worst to behave badly to one another. I wanted no parts of it.

@Peapod I was glad to be there to speak up against some of that, in my years there.

@Piper My friends and I were pretty lucky to actually catch some of that. 🥰 You were a champ for a few of us that became easy pickings for those that knew we were not going to come on there and engage them. Of course those same people fought with each other which was a later lesson that it was never as personal as it felt at the time.

Luckily, things worked out and I enjoy my time here. I do limit my time on social media in general and do all I can to focus on other things that I love to do.

@Peapod It was sickening, and yeah for sure, some of those people who delighted in personally trashing others with glee...turned on each [i]other[/i] with (figurative) teeth bared like a rabid animal. Rabid animals aren't actually malicious though, of course. [i]They[/i] just caught a disease.

I'm glad you enjoy your limited time here. I do too, most times. :)
