Being female, and being married to a husband who couldn't keep it in his pants---she was blamed for that, too. Didn't stop him from being president---just like it didn't stop Donald.
@MikefromEP: A white supremacist will be our president in 2017. It's hard not to look at those who support him without anger, disappointment and distrust.
@MikefromEP: I went to a peaceful protest this morning. Breitbart was calling it a "riot" but that's their code for any gathering that includes people of color. This wasn't a riot.
@bijouxbroussard: You hate us for the same reason you hated us for not voting for Obama. The difference is that I respect you for your support of Clinton and Obama.
@lastbabyboomer: I can't say that I hate you, you've never been anything but gracious and polite. And I have a couple friends who didn't vote for Obama, because they believed he didn't have the experience, he's pro-choice, and they're pious. But they didn't vote for Trump either, because they recognize that he is a white supremacist.
@bijouxbroussard: I voted for Trump because I'm a Conservative Republican. He wasn't who I wanted , but is is our parties candidate. I hope he leads our country wisely. If Hillary had won, I'd support her as President. I'd expect Democrats to respect Trump as President the same way.
@lastbabyboomer:I had one disagreement with her- one exchange- about the election a few wesk back- and she blocked me. One she has seen on EP for 5 years. Fucking loser
@bijouxbroussard: I don't speak for all Republicans and I don't blame you for how the Democrat protesters are acting. Both sides have some idiots. I respect Obama even if I disagree with most of his policies.
@bijouxbroussard: The fact is that he is to be the President and he represents all of us. There's no point in protesting. It was wrong when some Republicans did it to Obama and it's just as wrong now.
@lastbabyboomer: He's a white supremacist and his hatred does not represent me. There's always a point in protesting injustice. If people felt the way you do Jim Crow would still exist. I don't expect you to understand this. But it's part of having First Amendment rights as an American.
