If your hatred would be able to manifest how would it manifest in a physical way?

Hatred huh. I don't think I ever had it as a concrete emotion in me, maybe fleeting moments where I thought I could hate the person.

@popmol I had rage. It manifested in me getting very ill. I'm done with rage and low vibrational emotions.

@SW-User i get that! it grants me power but burns me from the inside! and sever rage lights a candle that burns out quickly!
