My sister had her oil changed at one of those quick change places. The next day she was driving on a highway and all the oil came out. It turned out that they installed the wrong oil filter. The entire engine had to be replaced. Luckily Subaru paid but she was without the car for 3 months

@cherokeepatti i talk to the manager. He sounded stressed af but i kept the tone calm and respectful so he did the same. They're towing my truck and taking it to a shop at their expense. Positivity wins again 👏

@cherokeepatti im not thinking about it. I have things to do today. If i dwell on it it will just create anxiety. I believe i handled the situation the best i can and its time to let it go for now.

@Stereoguy lol yeah theres oil there but i think they melted something or idk🤷♂️ im a carpenter not a mechanic. Smells like factory under the hood. Lol
