A house vs apartment.

I'd prefer a house but I can't afford one.
I also think I'd feel slightly safer in an apartment. Less entry points for a burglar.
In an apartment, things are fixed for me and yard is maintained.

I'm moving out soon and I really hope I have decent neighbors
